Privacy Policy

Dentaura Prime is the internal staff system of Dentaura Prime LLP, which runs Urban Smile Dental Clinic and the CBCT & OPG Centre in Pune. This page explains what information the system uses and how we look after it.

Who uses Dentaura Prime

Dentaura Prime is used only by staff whom Dentaura Prime LLP has authorised. It is not a public service, and nobody can use it without an account that we have approved.

If you sign in before you are approved, we keep only your email address, your name, how you signed in (Google or email) and when, so that the administrator can approve or decline you. You see nothing else until then.

Signing in with Google

If you sign in with your Google account, we use Google only to confirm who you are. From Google we read just two things: your email address and your name.

• We do not read your Gmail.
• We do not read your Google Drive.
• We do not read your contacts.
• We do not use your Google profile photo.
• We do not ask Google for anything else.

Where information is kept and who can see it

Staff information and patient clinical information are stored in access-controlled Supabase databases. Each person can see only what their role needs: access is checked by the database itself, not just by the screens. Someone whose account is not approved, or has been switched off, sees nothing.

When you call or message us about treatment

If you contact Urban Smile or the CBCT & OPG Centre to ask about treatment, our reception or sales team may record the enquiry so that we can call you back. We keep:

• your phone number, and your name and area if you give them;
• how you heard about us, and the treatment you asked about;
• short notes of our calls with you, when to call next, and whether you visited.

Only reception, our sales team and the administrators can see enquiries; dentists and other staff cannot. We use this only to follow up your enquiry — not for advertising, and we do not send messages automatically. If you become a patient, your patient record is kept separately, as described above. To have an enquiry deleted, ask us by phone or email; we delete it and its history and keep only a note that a deletion was made.

We do not sell data

We do not sell, rent or trade any information held in Dentaura Prime, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as it is needed for clinical and legal records, and for running the clinic and the centre. When it is no longer needed, it is removed or made anonymous.

Questions and deletion requests

For any question about this policy, or to ask us to delete your information, email urbansmilepune@gmail.com. Some records may have to be kept where the law requires it; if so, we will tell you.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
